till death do us part #1.0 , 2017

research and experiments during an artist-in-residency at URRA, Tigre, Argentina

In this work shadows of wood and branches are painted on the wall and taken apart from their source. Finished paintings are cut up and co-exist next to new beginnings of painting like color tests and singled out brush strokes. Painting as experience and dialogue about time.
